Stone Arrowheads from abri Podmol near Kastelec

These flint arrowheads show technological progress in the making of stone tools, since the so-called nibbling retouch was used for sharpening the edges. The two displayed arrowheads were mounted on the wooden shaft of an arrow, which was used either for hunting or for battle.
